Matched Holes Process
This concept uses technology that makes it possible to only align holes of parts that are all pre-cut, pre-punched and pre-bent (ribs, spars, stiffeners, bulkheads, skins, etc.) With this technology, someone without sheetmetal experience can assemble a kit that will be perfectly straight without any jigs.  Most kits on the market do not use this technology fully. They may have some holes pre-puched (pilot holes). They may have all the holes pre-punched on the skins, but not on the ribs, stiffeners and other parts. Every single part of the TUNDRA, even hinges, shims and washers are pre-punched. This makes a huge difference in assembly time and precision.
